"Platform" refers to the omi88 website accessible at omi88.vin, along with all related mobile applications, services, and content. "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using the omi88 platform services. "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a user's account for use in games or withdrawal.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the omi88 platform regardless of state or location in Malaysia. Any new services introduced by omi88 in the future will automatically be subject to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated in writing.

• "Claimable Balance" — funds available for withdrawal after all applicable rollover requirements have been met.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. This includes accounts registered using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or devices but belonging to the same individual. omi88 uses advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensure your account password remains confidential and secure at all times.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify omi88 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Update your account information whenever there are changes to your personal details.

Omi88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Omi88 accepts deposits via a variety of approved payment methods including online bank transfers, local e-wallets, and digital payment methods supported by the platform. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

All successful deposits will be credited to your omi88 account instantly upon receipt of payment confirmation. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction for immediate assistance.

Omi88 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by financial institutions or third-party payment providers during the deposit process. Such charges, if any, are solely the responsibility of the user.

Fund withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the omi88 account holder. omi88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts for security and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance reasons.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50 per transaction.
• Daily withdrawal limit for regular members: RM 20,000.
• Daily withdrawal limit for VIP Gold members and above: RM 100,000.
• The first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: Platinum and Elite VIP members within 15–30 minutes, Gold VIP members within 30–60 minutes, and regular members within 2–4 hours on business days. Withdrawals submitted after 10 PM will be processed at the start of the next business day.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by omi88 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each respective offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

1. Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.

Users agree to:

• Playing individually without the use of automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Not exploit any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the games. Wins obtained through bug exploitation are invalid and will be voided.
• Comply with the minimum and maximum wagering limits set for each game.
• Accept that game system results are final once a round or hand has been completed.

In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, omi88 will endeavour to resolve the transaction based on valid server records. In cases where a round cannot be completed due to a disruption on omi88's end, the bet will be fully refunded to the user's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the omi88 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account to make a deposit.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the omi88 platform.
• Threatening or abusing customer support staff.
• Attempting to breach or exploit security vulnerabilities in the omi88 system.

By registering an account, you agree that omi88 may:

Omi88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• User's own request to close the account.

If an account is closed at the user's own request and no terms violation has occurred, any valid remaining balance will be returned after the verification process is completed within 7 business days. For closures resulting from a terms violation, omi88 reserves the right to hold the balance while an investigation is conducted.

Omi88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavorable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond omi88's control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Losses arising from reliance on information found on the platform.

Omi88's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Omi88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except for changes required immediately for security or legal compliance reasons.

Continued use of the omi88 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all funds before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation before any legal action is taken.
